Every position counts on the day it fully closes. A rolled chain counts once, on its final close. Called-away shares use the covered (most-recent) lot.

  • The formula, first. Every breakdown opens with the equation it used — not a tooltip restating the label, the actual arithmetic.
  • Split by the money that made it. Premium kept, dividends, and stock gains are three different kinds of money. Most journals mash them into one line.

  • What is excluded is shown, not hidden. Premium collected on positions that have not closed sits outside the total, labelled, so the headline stays honest.

Yes. Tradevada connects through SnapTrade, a SOC 2-certified aggregation layer, over a strictly read-only connection - it can never place, move, or modify a trade on your behalf. You log in on your broker’s own page, so Tradevada never sees your broker password.
